Your Financial Team

Libéro Capital was founded by Paul Cox, who remains with the firm today as Managing Director. In 2020, Libero became part of the MCG Wealth Group. The collective group manages over $750 Million for private families and individuals. It provides Libero with a sustainable operating platform to operate in a continually demanding industry.

We adopt a team-focused approach to client care and advice, as we believe it genuinely places your interests first.

Traditionally financial advice firms have been built around one key adviser and founder. While it can be beneficial to you and the adviser in the short term, it is ultimately limiting for all. Life changes! Sometimes this can be planned, but many times not. These firms rarely survive the founder. If something unexpected happens or life changes, this can be disconcerting for all.

Rather than wait as many do, we have focused on putting in place today the business for the future. Our clients understand the need for future planning and appreciate that we are thinking ahead.

By adopting a team approach, you will have several people at Libero who work with you over time. There are generally two senior advisers involved with every client relationship. Each team member has a sound understanding of your relationship with the firm and can assist and advise if and when appropriate. If someone is away or sick, service and advice can continue, which is essential for you and our business.

A team approach brings other benefits as it combines the unique capabilities, strengths and perspectives of each team member, which leads to better advice and service for you.

We believe a small team of highly competent people can deliver our core capabilities. We outsource non-core capabilities and services to trusted specialist third parties. This allows us to stay relatively small, boutique and personal.

At all times, we strive to exercise sound professional judgement in guiding your personal financial affairs to help you achieve what matters most to you.
